You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is ready to pick-up in store, normally within 24 hours.

Does the products have any warranty?
There is no reason to return or exchange the goods within 30 days.
You can come and see if it is suitable before picking up the goods.

Do you restock items that are sold out?
We would restock most of our items. Please click "EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE" or visit our Back in Stock section to see what popular items we brought back to our online store. You may also contact the local store to check availability. Both our stores and Customer Service Team will need an item number/product code to confirm availability.
